Strainz is pleased to offer free ground shipping on orders over $99. Strainz ships our CBD products to all 50 states and will soon be shipping internationally. If you are an international customer interested in our CBD products, sign up to be notified when international shipping begins.
We offer standard shipping via USPS to all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands. Ground packages are processed within 24 hours of order and take approximately 4-7 business days from placing an order to arrival at your door.
While we will do our best to get your products to you by the date you requested, circumstances beyond our control including inclement weather or holidays may affect shipping times.

Returns and Refund Policy
Strainz has a 30-day refund policy for customers who have purchased Strainz CBD products online. If you are dissatisfied with Strainz products or have changed your mind about taking CBD, we will refund your order. To be eligible for a refund, you must return the entire order. We do not issue partial refunds or returns. You will be refunded for the product value only, not any shipping expenses.
Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product. For returns, please email us at email@example.com.
Cannabis Dispensary Orders
Strainz not only sells CBD products online but we sell THC and CBD products through state licensed legal cannabis dispensaries. Due to federal and state laws, we are unable to accept any product returns of our products purchased through a licensed cannabis dispensary.
For THC and CBD cannabis products purchased through licensed dispensaries, please return your product to the dispensary where you made your purchase. You will need to have your receipt of purchase for any returns. We will make every effort to work with our dispensary partners if you experience an issue with a Strainz product purchased at your local cannabis dispensary.
